Send the short form or pick up the phone. Half-formed ideas are genuinely welcome — “somewhere warm in spring,” “mountains, but gentle ones,” or “we can't agree on beach versus city” are all fine starting points. Tell us roughly when, who's coming, and how you like to travel.

We reply by email with the directions your trip could take: the kinds of places that fit, a sensible shape for the time you have, and what each direction is like at that time of year. Expect honest questions too — good trips come from good listening, and we'd rather ask than assume.

You choose and approve
We refine the plan together until it feels right — swapping places, stretching a stop, changing the pace. When you're happy, you approve it. Until that moment, nothing has been booked, arranged or committed on your behalf, and there's no obligation to continue.

We handle the details
With the plan approved, we take care of the legwork: arranging the trip with the relevant travel suppliers — the hotels, transport and activity providers who deliver each part — and assembling everything into one clear itinerary, with timings, confirmations and practical notes in one place. Each supplier's own terms apply to what they provide.

The fine print, in plain words
A trip inquiry is not a booking and never turns into one by itself. Sending the form costs nothing and charges nothing. Any trip is confirmed with you, in writing, before anything is arranged — and the travel services themselves are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms.
