Privacy Policy

Voiaj Travels is a bespoke trip-planning service. The short version of this policy: we collect the details you choose to share so we can plan a trip and reply to you, we don't sell them, and you can ask us at any time what we hold or ask us to delete it. The longer version follows.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly:

• The trip inquiry form — your name, email address, phone number if you choose to add it, and the trip details you describe (destination ideas, rough dates, number of travellers, trip style and anything you write in the notes).
• Correspondence — emails you send to hello@voiajtravels.com and notes from phone conversations, so we can remember what we've discussed.

This site has no user accounts, and we don't ask for payment details through it.

How we use it

We use the details you share to respond to your inquiry, to shape trip options for you, and to carry on the conversation you started. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for — replying to an inquiry is not a subscription.

When we share it

If you approve a trip and ask us to arrange it, we share the trip details that suppliers genuinely need — such as traveller names and dates with a hotel or transport provider — so they can provide the parts of the trip you've approved. We share what's needed for the arrangement, and nothing before you've approved a trip.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How the form reaches us

The trip inquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us, and their own privacy practices apply to that processing — see the policy published at formsubmit.co.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own tracking cookies and does not run its own analytics. If you arrived here through an advertisement, the advertising platform that brought you (for example, Google Ads) may set or read its own cookies under its own policies; your browser's settings and the platform's own controls govern those, not us.

How long we keep things

We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as we're actively planning with you, and afterwards only as long as is reasonable for record-keeping — for example, so we can pick a conversation back up if you return. If an inquiry goes nowhere, there's nothing that obliges us to keep it: ask, and we'll delete it.

Your choices

At any time, you can:

• ask what information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct something that's wrong;
• ask us to delete your information, and we will, unless a law requires us to keep a specific record.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. We won't quietly change how we treat information you've already given us.
